Job Title: Global Trade Marketing Specialist

EssilorLuxottica is seeking a highly skilled Global Trade Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Indirect Procurement Function, you will be responsible for managing the company's trade marketing spend, with a focus on cost savings and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to drive cost savings and improve working capital
  • Work closely with business functional leaders to align on needs and drive sourcing activities
  • Coordinate with regional procurement managers on corporate initiatives and provide guidance on matters within the commodities serviced
  • Support the development and implementation of sourcing best practices and knowledge documents
  • Lead projects and work cross-functionally with regional/global teams
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics or Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement or related function, with a focus on indirect/services sourcing and/or retail/marketing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a heterogeneous team environment
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in Italian and/or French a plus
