Role Summary

The Client Success Manager will be an integral part of the Customer Experience team, working within a regional group responsible for the setup, optimization, performance, and overall management of advertising campaigns. This role will support the Branding Customer Experience Team in nurturing and expanding client accounts, managing a portfolio of 20-30 client initiatives across both managed service and programmatic frameworks. The Client Success Manager will also ensure accurate tracking of campaign delivery data and maintain effective communication with both internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

The primary goal of the Client Success Manager is to achieve the outcomes outlined above. To reach these objectives, we envision the Client Success Manager dedicating their time to the following:

Campaign Activation and Management
  • Oversee the post-sale process, which includes campaign setup, pacing, delivery, revenue generation, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Lead preparations for campaign activation through clear and effective communication with clients.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify significant trends.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all client communications following the sale.
  • Plan and implement multiple incremental revenue strategies each quarter.
  • Assist in onboarding clients to our self-service buying platform.
  • Facilitate internal staff development through consistent knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of one to three years of relevant experience in a digital media agency, publisher, SSP, DSP, or AdTech company.
  • Extensive knowledge of the digital media landscape and a strong interest in understanding how trends influence daily operations, including:
    • Brand Advertising (and/or Traffic Acquisition)
    • Programmatic Advertising
    • Third-Party Tools (IAS, MOAT, Doubleclick, Nielsen DAR)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, balancing long-term projects with daily responsibilities.
  • Consistently upholds high standards of quality in work, pays attention to detail, and actively seeks solutions and improvements.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding ambitious targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Comfortable engaging with strategic clients, possessing strong problem-solving skills, and demonstrating creativity in thinking.
  • Adept at navigating complex systems and processes (e.g., third-party ad servers, verification platforms, DSPs, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Builds and maintains strong, productive relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative in approach, recognizing the value of diverse perspectives and striving to understand the viewpoints of others.
  • A true team player.
  • Fluency in French is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
