About the Role

McCann Health Paris, a leading healthcare communications agency, is seeking a highly skilled Global Account Director to join our International Department.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and developing our client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow our client portfolio and increase revenue
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
  • Participate in new business pitches and contribute to the development of proposals and presentations
  • Oversee project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Lead a team of Account Managers and provide guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in client management in an international context, preferably in a health agency
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and developing strong client relationships
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Bilingual in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
