Marine Projects Permits Specialist

Nous recherchons un Acheteur Expert pour Projets Maritimes et Stations Télécom pour soutenir les projets internationaux de pose de câbles sous-marins et terrestres. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes projet, les départements juridique, HSE, fiscal, et les fournisseurs du monde entier, afin de garantir la bonne exécution des projets dans le respect des délais, des budgets et des normes de qualité.
Responsabilités :- Gestion des permis maritimes et stations télécoms
- Stratégie d'approvisionnement
- Négociation et gestion contractuelle
- Gestion des fournisseurs
- Suivi des performances
- Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office 365 (y compris Excel) et SAP
- Excellentes compétences en gestion de contrats et négociation
- Langues : Français et anglais courants
- Expérience en achats pour des projets maritimes, pétroliers ou gaziers est un plus
- Participation à des projets stratégiques qui façonnent l'avenir des télécommunications sous-marines à l'échelle mondiale
- Collaboration avec des experts de divers secteurs
- Développement de compétences en achats maritimes
