We are seeking a Clinical Territory Associate to join our team and contribute to the development of surgical robotics programs in assigned territories. This role will work closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to gain knowledge in all aspects of our business, including technical, clinical, and sales.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and local language is required, and a driving license is necessary for frequent travel.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical and clinical support to surgical teams, including training and guidance on the use of da Vinci Surgical Systems.
- Lead product demonstrations and in-services for customers, including OR staff and surgeons.
- Contribute to sales goals by influencing behavior change in customers through product demonstrations, OR selling activities, and customer support trainings.
- Support regional sales and marketing development events to create system awareness and procedure adoption.
- Manage administrative tasks, including reporting, expense reports, and online module submissions.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 1 year sales experience or 1 year leadership experience.
- Ambition and strong work ethic.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and persuasive communication skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
