Mölnlycke is looking for a Clinical Affairs Specialist for a permanent role in the southern region of France

In this position, you will be tasked with:

  • Establishing professional connections with key opinion leaders and ambassadors, as well as managing clinical initiatives in partnership with Wound and Healing specialists
  • Coordinating educational events aimed at transforming care practices, enhancing clinical outcomes, and fulfilling organizational objectives.

Core Responsibilities

  • Execute clinical initiatives with healthcare providers and major accounts, based on assessed needs
  • Aid in broadening the network of opinion leaders and ambassadors
  • Facilitate the introduction of new therapies
  • Offer clinical assistance during hospital meetings, medical information sessions, and similar events
  • Help organize educational professional gatherings such as symposiums or workshops at regional congresses, and contribute to the follow-up of educational platforms

Reporting Structure

You will report directly to the Wound Care Medical Affairs Manager.

Key Decisions

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, good clinical practices, and operational protocols
  • Assist in the selection and approval of clinical documents for use by Mölnlycke Health Care in educational and commercial contexts
  • Collaborate with essential stakeholders to guarantee that activities yield significant business outcomes.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • State Registered Nurse or a higher scientific qualification
  • Approximately 5 to 7 years of clinical or medical experience, preferably in the wound care sector as a clinical resource for sales
  • Established credibility with healthcare professionals and a strong capacity for relationship building
  • Proficient in data analysis and scientific literature review
  • Familiarity with procedures related to the execution of clinical projects
  • Comfortable with public speaking engagements
  • Willingness to lead training sessions
  • Collaborative and adaptable working style, aligning with Mölnlycke's high-performance culture
  • Commercially focused
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects effectively

Additional Information

  • 40% travel required
  • Specialized university degree in a medical field
  • Comfortable working in an international context (proficiency in English)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Compensation and Benefits

In addition to a base salary, a variable compensation structure, health insurance, meal vouchers, and a company vehicle are included.

You will be based at the headquarters and ideally reside near a major train station in the southern region of France.
