Mölnlycke is seeking a dedicated Wound Care Sales Specialist for a permanent role in the PACCA region

Your primary responsibilities will encompass:

  • Adapting to various challenges in the healthcare landscape
  • Utilizing available sales data to identify and prioritize targets, formulating action plans to enhance sales and expand the market
  • Contributing to the development and execution of targeting strategies based on customer segmentation
  • Creating a comprehensive action plan to identify, target, and leverage commercial opportunities within the designated area. Initiating online marketing and sales activities aligned with the action plan
  • Regularly updating customer data and planning activities within the CRM system
  • Delivering the expected level of activity to ensure adequate coverage and frequency of engagement with targeted clients for effective product promotion in line with national strategies

Target Customer Engagement

  • Building strong commercial relationships with all stakeholders and decision-makers in the healthcare sector, including specialists, community nurses, and pharmacists
  • Enhancing existing client relationships by providing tailored solutions to their needs, fostering loyalty to drive sales growth
  • Identifying new business prospects and expanding the client base to boost sales
  • Ensuring consistent customer satisfaction and meeting their expectations
  • Mastering sales techniques and identifying issues faced by current clients and prospects to facilitate sector growth

Collaboration and Teamwork

  • Gathering and reporting competitive intelligence and product information to keep the organization informed about the competitive landscape and optimize our offerings
  • Establishing a robust collaboration network with internal and external partners within the sector
  • Engaging and contributing at all levels of the organization (regional, reference groups, seminars)
  • Effectively planning and prioritizing commercial activities and customer interactions using company-provided tools to analyze, report, and manage activities to achieve sales and development goals
  • Optimizing and adhering to allocated budgets for public relations and sampling in compliance with relevant regulations
  • Proposing annual market strategies or other commercial initiatives to targeted pharmacies according to the established strategy
  • Exhibiting ethics and integrity in all commercial interactions to uphold and enhance Mölnlycke Health Care's reputation

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • A completed Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
  • Knowledge of wound care products
  • Strong commercial, relational, and negotiation skills
  • 3 to 4 years of commercial experience in the healthcare or medical device sector, particularly with specialists, pharmacists, and community nurses

Additionally, residing in the PACCA region is preferred.

Alongside a fixed salary, the role offers a variable salary, health insurance, meal allowances, and a company vehicle.
