Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for structuring our Product Marketing Department and executing our Product Marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Product Marketing strategy to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and CSM, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Design and execute creative and ambitious Product Marketing Actions, including market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback gathering.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our market, customers, and competitors, and use this knowledge to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with the Product team to industrialize feedback loops from the field and gather valuable insights on customer needs and competitor offerings.
  • Monitor and analyze product roadmap progress, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and execute launch plans for new features, including defining KPIs, tracking metrics, and reporting results.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic content, including positioning and messaging around our product capabilities.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a Product Marketing Manager position, preferably in a sustainability-related company.
  • Familiarity with software-as-a-service environments, preferably in the B2B enterprise sector.
  • Experience with marketing complex products, designing, implementing, and executing product releases.
  • Autonomy and decision-making capabilities, with strong collaborative skills with technical profiles.
  • Fluency in French and English, with proficiency in marketing/automation tools and CRM systems.
