We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Solutions Engineer specializing in Machine Vision and/or Fixed Industrial Scanning technologies to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will take the lead in the technical aspects of the pre-sales process, collaborating with sales account managers to promote Machine Vision systems and/or Fixed Industrial Scanners to designated partners and end-user accounts.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving sales by delivering technical expertise, conducting product demonstrations, and providing tailored solutions that meet our customers' specific needs. If you possess a robust technical background, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Account or Channel Management to develop and implement technology strategies.
  • Design solutions that fulfill customer requirements and outperform competitors.
  • Build strong relationships with the sales team, internal engineering, and key technical contacts to leverage Zebra's strengths; create and deliver impactful solution presentations.
  • Act as a technical authority on our machine vision product range, providing comprehensive information to customers and channel partners.
  • Lead product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the capabilities and advantages of our machine vision technologies.
  • Work with the sales team to formulate technical proposals, specifications, and quotations for machine vision solutions.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding product specifications, integration, and performance.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers and channel partners on the installation, operation, and maintenance of machine vision products.
  • Assist in creating training materials to enhance product knowledge among the sales team and partners.
  • Relay customer feedback and requirements to support the enhancement and development of machine vision products.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows, events, and seminars, providing technical insights to prospective customers.
  • Network with industry professionals to stay updated on technological advancements and market trends.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience with Machine Vision or Fixed Industrial Scanning-related products.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Solutions/Sales Engineer with a focus on Machine Vision and/or Fixed Industrial Scanning products.
  • Proficient in both French and English.
  • Strong grasp of machine vision principles, algorithms, and applications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in preparing technical proposals and leading product demonstrations.
  • Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
  • Experience in the automotive, T&L, or retail sectors is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of additional European languages (Spanish, Italian) is a plus.
