Job Purpose
The Procurement Transformation Officer will play a crucial role in addressing key challenges related to AXA's ambition, focusing on Efficiency, Transformation, Risk Management, and Compliance. The primary mission of this role is to lead the annual update of group guidelines related to vendor risk management and its implementation/deployment by entities through the deployment of tools and processes supporting outsourcing and contract management to enhance procurement efficiency and vendor knowledge.
Main Missions
- Manage and lead transversal projects related to vendor risk management and outsourcing.
- Gather and understand requirements from different stakeholders to provide them with process and tools.
- Formalize associated guidelines in collaboration with stakeholders (procurement and corporate functions).
- Build the annual roadmap and determine which features should be prioritized for development.
- Participate in the deployment of processes and tools.
- Participate in the structuration of Procurement data model, both as-is and to-be, and participate in various initiatives to improve data quality.
- Manage communication through AXA stakeholders and transversal community.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement operating models for large companies.
- Develop and implement vendor risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide process and tools.
- Lead transversal projects related to vendor risk management and outsourcing.
- Participate in the deployment of processes and tools.
Requirements
- Graduate with 5-7+ years of professional experience in similar missions.
- Experience in working in an international environment and ability to deal in a multi-cultural environment.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing operating models for large companies.
- IT project/program management certification (agile and/or standard project methodology).
- Knowledge of procurement practices and related tools (Coupa, Salesforce, and risk management solutions).
- Analytical skills.
- Understanding of functional architecture topics (including interfacing capabilities).
