About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Chargé d'Affaires Intermédiation at Groupe Crédit Agricole. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing organization, where you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships and transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Intermediation and Transaction Management: Execute missions of intermediation, including cession and acquisition of titles, parts, or assets, in collaboration with Ingénieurs d'Affaires and Chargés d'Affaires Entreprises.
  • Network Management: Manage and animate the national ERIS network, a tool for intermediation within the Groupe Crédit Agricole, centralizing the interests of vendors and buyers through Caisses Régionales, LCL, and SODICA.
  • Business Development: Develop and maintain relationships with agences entreprises, banques privées, réseaux pros, and external stakeholders to drive business growth and development.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on intermediation activity to ensure optimal performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a team focused on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.
