Join the Red Bull Team as a GMS Sector Manager

As a dynamic professional, your primary responsibility will be to enhance the sales volume and revenue across various retail outlets within your designated territory while adhering to the company's sales strategy. You will be tasked with monitoring key performance indicators as outlined by the Regional Director and ensuring operational excellence in the field. Your portfolio will encompass: Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, Convenience Stores, Gas Stations, and Discount Stores.

Your designated area: Surrounding regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize your visitation schedule using the Drive tool bi-monthly.
    Maintain an average of 8 visits per day while adhering to the contractual working hours.
    Document your activities for each visit.
    Report on product placement, pricing, and in-store expenses.
    Capture images of each location (including competitors) during every visit: Aisle, Cooler, and Snacking sections.
  • Meet the performance targets set by your supervisor.
    Focus on Digital Distribution and Volumetric metrics.
    Ensure shelf presence aligns with market share and retail recommendations.
    Increase additional refrigerated placements and ambient displays.
    Effectively promote sales and transform marketing materials in priority retail locations through strategic displays.
  • Collaborate with Student Marketeers to enhance sales initiatives within their designated areas.
    Regularly share pertinent sector activity updates across the organization.
    Take ownership of specific products and serve as a reference point for the team.
    Ensure proper maintenance of Red Bull equipment.
  • Develop a strategic visitation plan.
    Support external promoters and merchandisers.
  • Possess a solid understanding of the GMS landscape (Customers, Market, Products, Competition).
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation skills.
    Familiarity with various distribution channels and supply methods.
    Proficient in management software.
    Exhibit qualities such as autonomy, rigor, adaptability, and proactiveness.
    Possess a commercial education equivalent to Bac+2 to Bac+4/5.
    A valid driver's license is required.
    Minimal travel expected.
