Key Responsibilities

The Chief Financial Officer plays a pivotal role in the property's Executive Committee, delivering exceptional service to clients, owners, suppliers, and colleagues alike.

  • Analyzes financial information to optimize resource utilization and procedural efficiency;
  • Leads and manages Accounting, Purchasing, Receiving, Stores, and IT departments, ensuring adherence to established standards;
  • Compiles and analyzes financial data to prepare monthly and annual reports, guaranteeing accuracy and efficiency in results;
  • Evaluates cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs and approves rebates, adjustments, and allowances according to Accor policy;
  • Oversees Budget and Forecast activities and provides financial training and mentoring to Departmental Leaders as required.

About You

We seek a seasoned Senior Financial Leader with a minimum of 5 years' experience, preferably in hotel/hospitality leadership. Proficiency in complex accounting software and Microsoft applications is essential.
