Job Description: Equity Options TraderWe are seeking an experienced Equity Options Trader to further expand our business. As a key member of our team, you will work in synergy with senior traders to run and expand our established and profitable equity desk, bringing our wider trading team to the next level.
Key Responsibilities- Run a market-making book covering global exchanges, taking a model-based / quantitative approach, trading on the EU, UK, and US markets.
- Generate consistent and steady returns by applying a disciplined trading approach.
- Make markets, develop relationships, and provide pricing to brokers.
- Report to the Head of Desk / Business Partner.
- Challenge yourself in a dynamic work environment and grow along with us.
- Develop yourself through internal and external training sessions covering trading software, agile methodologies, hardware, and software management.
- Treat yourself to delicious meals with your personal Swile card.

- Degree with a strong mathematical background, such as mathematics, statistics, econometrics, finance, or computer sciences.

- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, as well as experience using a model-based strategy to minimize risk.
- Drive for results, competitiveness, discipline, and decisiveness.
- Fluent in French.
