Education Vision Care Team Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Manager to lead our Vision Care Education Team. As a key member of our EssilorLuxottica Group, you will be responsible for developing and executing education programs for internal and external audiences, including eye care professionals, wholesalers, and retailers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of Vision Care Experts to develop, disseminate, and execute consistent education programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and consultants to ensure the delivery of results within guidelines, budgets, and timelines.
- Design and develop educational assets, including interactive learning experiences and tailored educational curriculum, to meet the needs of different audiences.
- Contribute to the go-to-market plan of EssilorLuxottica's Vision Care solutions by delivering educational and BtoB assets within the right timing.
- Identify educational needs, manage innovation pipelines, and ensure alignment with global and regional business needs.
- Proven experience in a managerial role in a dynamic and complex work environment.
- Bachelor or master degree in optometry or opticianry.
- Demonstrated ability to hold an international role and coordinate multi-stakeholder projects in a multicultural environment.
- Solid knowledge in education, digital learning, adult learning principles, and business and technical English.
- Results-oriented, customer-centric, and continuous improvement mindset.
