Product Architecture Manager

Position Overview:
This role is situated within the DSI France Retail IT Division, part of the Grand Public Sector, which encompasses five distinct departments. You will be accountable to the head of the Architecture & Innovation Division.
- Formulate a strategy to transition your team in-house, currently comprised predominantly of external contractors.
- Establish and negotiate the operational framework of the 'Product Architecture' competence center in collaboration with other departments, value chain teams, business units, and management.
- Oversee the operational efficiency of the 'Product Architecture' team, including performance monitoring, resource alignment with organizational and product requirements, and team structuring.
- Assist product teams, which include Business, Value Chain, Centers of Excellence, Support, and Operations personnel, in developing the product architecture vision (emergent design) for assessment against enterprise architecture (intentional architecture) to guide decision-making (domain architecture).
- Contribute to the effective stewardship of the company's IT resources by modeling product-related elements (processes, information, applications, technology, security), addressing technical liabilities and obsolescence within the product domain.
- Ensure the continuous development of the skill set of architects assigned to product teams.
- Engage in enhancing product teams' understanding of security protocols.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree coupled with a minimum of 15 years of experience in architecture.
- Expertise in architectural standards and modeling methodologies: TOGAF, SAFe, UML, BPMN, etc.
- Comprehension of urbanization challenges and frameworks.
- Experience in intricate architectural projects and swift adaptation to new product domains.
- Extensive technical knowledge across various roles (developer, tester, technical lead, project manager, operator, consultant, etc.).
- Established proficiency in a specific technology or product environment.
- Strong communication and change management capabilities.
- Fluency in English.
