• Manage a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional service and support.
• Prepare comprehensive payroll documents, adhering to strict deadlines and regulations.
• Handle all aspects of personnel administration, from onboarding new employees to offboarding departing staff.
• Process social security declarations accurately and efficiently.
• Offer basic client advice on payroll-related matters.

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of payroll principles and best practices.
• Possess proficiency in payroll software, including Silaé.
• Have significant experience working within accounting firms or similar environments.
• Exhibit excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
