Job Title: Ethics and Compliance Manager - Third Party Evaluation & Process

At Alstom, we are committed to creating a culture of integrity and compliance. We are seeking an experienced Ethics and Compliance Manager to join our team and support the design and implementation of our third-party evaluation processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of third-party due diligence processes, including risk assessments and mitigation plans.
  • Review and analyze third-party tender risk analyses, identifying areas for improvement and proposing mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with regional compliance officers to validate high-risk tender analyses and develop mitigation plans.
  • Support the identification and mitigation of human rights risks in tenders, working closely with the CSR department.
  • Perform third-party due diligence using specialized tools, as required.
  • Coordinate the sales partner due diligence process and manage payment requests.
  • Review and approve changes to standard compliance contractual provisions.
  • Develop and deliver awareness sessions on third-party due diligence processes.
  • Manage relationships with third-party due diligence service providers.
  • Support the management and filing of due diligence documentation.
Requirements:
  • Graduate law degree or equivalent.
  • 7+ years of experience in a professional field in law, with a focus on international business environments.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills, with the ability to detect risks and investigate compliance issues.
  • Organization and data management competencies, with a good level of maturity to work independently.
