Your Responsibilities:

  • As a Sales Engineer for Small and Medium Enterprises, you will be part of the Regional Sales Department. You will report directly to a Sales Manager within the North East Regional Sales team and collaborate closely with Pre-Sales Engineers, the Marketing team, and various technical departments to expand your portfolio of clients and prospects by promoting a diverse range of IT and telecom products and services aimed at SMEs.
  • You will oversee the complete sales cycle, from pinpointing opportunities to ensuring the successful delivery of services.
  • Your skill in recognizing and thoroughly understanding the requirements of your clients and prospects will empower you to effectively address their needs using our extensive offerings.
  • In addition to growing your client base, you will excel in managing customer relationships to maintain existing accounts and boost revenue generation.
  • Upon securing agreements, you will coordinate with after-sales teams to guarantee ongoing client satisfaction with the services rendered.

Candidate Profile:

  • You possess a commercial background with prior experience in B2B sales. Your aptitude for listening to clients and addressing their needs positions you as a strong sales professional, with a proven track record of meeting sales objectives.
  • Your sales presentation and persuasive abilities have been refined in sectors such as Telecommunications and IT services, specifically targeting the SME market.
  • Colleagues recognize you for your capability to confront challenges and represent your company's brand effectively. These attributes, combined with your robust sales expertise (from prospecting to contract management), will contribute to your success as a Sales Engineer for Small and Medium Enterprises at SFR Business.

The compensation package includes a base salary, monthly commission, and a company vehicle. Additionally, meal vouchers will be provided.
