Job Summary
Club Med is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Assistant Boutique Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our boutique, including managing inventory, supervising sales staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assure the well-operation and daily opening and closing of the cash till
- Ensure the reception of merchandise, transfers, and returns to suppliers
- Manage local purchases and prepare and supervise inventories
- Check the boutique Log Book and collaborate with the finance service
- Participate in the organization of boutique events, such as fashion shows and promotions
- Ensure the respect of Club Med standards in merchandising
- Manage a sales team when the manager is absent
Requirements
- Leadership and dynamic skills
- Commercial sense and sense of service
- Inter-personal skills
- Retail experience and knowledge of merchandising
- Fluent in English and knowledge of other languages (French, Mandarin, or Korean) is a plus
