R.A.S. Intérim is on the lookout for a COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT to collaborate with one of our esteemed clients.
This role is temporary, with the potential for a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Join a welcoming and compact SME, aiding professionals in sourcing hygiene and cleaning supplies for their enterprises.
- Your duties will encompass:
- Offering guidance and sales support to clients both in-person and via telephone.
- Conducting phone outreach to potential clients.
- Managing client queries efficiently.
- Processing orders and ensuring follow-up.
- Assisting in commercial and marketing initiatives, including website enhancement.
- Engaging in tender submissions.
Candidate Profile:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a small to medium-sized enterprise, complemented by a BTS NRC/MUC qualification or a strong ambition to excel as a sales assistant.
- Competence in Excel and general computer skills is essential; familiarity with SAGE software is advantageous.
- Must demonstrate versatility, organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work independently.
Position Type: Temporary with the opportunity for a permanent contract.
Compensation: Starting salary of 22k per annum, contingent on experience.
Benefits: Meal vouchers, insurance, health benefits, and reimbursement for travel expenses related to business.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, including a 1-hour break.
