Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate Delivery Manager to join our team and help us deliver exceptional results to our clients. As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and challenge their needs
  • Fostering dynamic collaboration with technical teams to ensure agile, efficient product development and delivery
  • Ensuring stakeholder alignment and buy-in
  • Championing the integration of customer feedback to drive product evolution
  • Encouraging a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team

Key Responsibilities

As a Delivery Manager at Lenstra, you will:

  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
  • Be proficient in JIRA, Confluence, or similar product management tools
  • Develop and maintain empathy with users and stakeholders
  • Display a relentless drive for delivering value and overcoming obstacles
  • Exhibit exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Be skilled at managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively
  • Have knowledge of SQL and data manipulation and analysis tasks
  • Have an agile mindset and be adaptable to changing project requirements
  • Have visionary thinking and be able to identify future trends
  • Have leadership qualities and be able to guide and inspire teams

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in English and French language
  • Preference for supply chain or retail background experience
