As a Fragrance Trainer for Travel Retail in EMEA, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the performance of our Travel Retail teams, ensuring that our consumers receive an unparalleled in-store experience.

Shiseido, a leading cosmetics company established in Japan, stands as a global leader in beauty, recognized for its commitment to quality and innovation. With a rich history since 1872, we proudly celebrate our legacy while continuously evolving to meet the needs of consumers in over 120 countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Development (60%):
- Assess and determine the training requirements for retail locations in collaboration with Retail Managers.
- Facilitate training sessions during annual and regional conferences for Beauty Consultants.
- Provide tailored training for Beauty Consultants, promoters, and airport staff based on specific needs.
- Onboard new team members with comprehensive training on our product catalog and effective sales techniques.
- Mentor the top-performing Beauty Consultants to align with brand standards for service and customer experience.
- Travel within the designated region as required.
- Training Material Development (20%):
- Work with international teams to customize training tools for the Travel Retail audience.
- Collaborate with the Shiseido Travel Retail team to create specialized training modules for sales associates.
- Oversee the management of the e-learning platform and develop engaging training videos for product launches.
- Reporting and Budget Oversight (20%):
- Assist in managing the training budget, including purchase orders and invoice processing.
- Compile reports post-training sessions and share insights during monthly meetings with sales representatives.
Candidate Profile:
Required Experience:
- A minimum of 6-8 years in a training role within the cosmetics or fragrance sector.
- Sales experience is advantageous.
- Fluency in English is essential, as the majority of training sessions are conducted in English.

- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with a comfort in public speaking and conducting training events.
- Strong pedagogical skills and a methodical approach to training.
