Rattaché au Directeur Commercial et Développement Produits, vous devez définir la stratégie de développement produit sur le marché européen pour l'offre développée au sein de l'activité. Vos principales missions sont :
- Consolider les relations commerciales existantes, clients OEM et filiales de distribution,
- Prospecter et développer de nouveaux clients et marchés en Europe (OEM, EMS, distribution professionnelle),
- Motiver, fédérer et faire grandir l'équipe commerciale par le coaching et l'accompagnement,
- Définir et mettre en œuvre l'organisation commerciale adaptée,
- Définir et mettre en œuvre une politique tarifaire adapté aux canaux de distribution (OEM, EMS, WHO, ...),
- Définir et piloter les KPI clés pour le suivi et reporting de l'activité de l'équipe (CA, marge, profitabilité client...),
- Etre force de proposition vers l'équipe nouveaux produits pour les évolutions produits,
- Définir et mettre en œuvre en coordination avec la direction marketing les outils nécessaires pour accélérer la croissance,
- Identifier les synergies avec les autres divisions du groupe chez les clients et prospects commun,
- Mettre en place et s'assurer de l'efficacité du CRM (Salesforce),
Profil recherché
De formation supérieure, vous avez une expérience significative sur une fonction similaire dans un environnement industriel avec un développement commercial à l'export.
Etat d'esprit d'entrepreneur, passionné par la négociation, développeur, chasseur, doté d'une grande flexibilité, autonome, goût du challenge, déterminé avec l'envie de participer à un projet d'entreprise ambitieux sont les critères importants pour réussir dans cette fonction.
De nombreux déplacements en Europe sont à prévoir
