Le magasin Intermarché de Châtillon, pour renforcer ses engagements et valoriser les bons produits locaux, recherche un(e) Assistant(e) Manager de Magasin H/F.

Au sein d'un magasin stratégique, avec des projets de modernisation et d'investissement significatifs, vous serez responsable de la mise en œuvre du concept commercial de l'enseigne. En véritable leader, vous managerez, accompagnerez et formerez votre équipe tout en développant ses compétences.

Votre objectif : la satisfaction client. Aux côtés du Directeur, vos principales missions incluront :
  • Manager une équipe de 19 collaborateurs,
  • Optimiser la satisfaction client,
  • Assurer un approvisionnement complet et adapté aux besoins du magasin,
  • Accompagner quotidiennement votre équipe sur le terrain,
  • Développer la rentabilité de votre point de vente.

Vous êtes une personne de terrain, capable de prioriser et de réagir rapidement aux imprévus liés au commerce. En tant qu'animateur, vous êtes reconnu pour votre leadership et votre capacité à fédérer vos équipes.
