About the Role

Groupe CHOPARD is seeking a Client Service Representative in Training to join its team. As a trainee, you will be involved in the development of young talents through a one-year apprenticeship program in partnership with the GNFA. The Chopard Academy will provide you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the role of Client Service Representative After-Sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming clients and receiving their vehicles
  • Proposing and validating repair offers tailored to clients' needs
  • Advising clients on necessary repairs
  • Promoting additional sales
  • Planning interventions in the workshop
  • Issuing invoices and returning vehicles with explanations of the work performed
  • Monitoring the quality of services provided by our After-Sales department
  • Fostering client loyalty

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong sense of customer service, be organized, and enjoy working with clients. A Bac Professionnel or BTS in commerce or automotive maintenance is required. If you are looking for a new professional challenge, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Upon completion of your training and based on your professional performance, you will have the opportunity to join Groupe CHOPARD's team in a permanent position, with the possibility of working in various locations across the group.
