We are Descartes Underwriting, a pioneering insurance company that utilizes machine learning and real-time monitoring to mitigate weather and climate-related risks. With a strong presence in 13 global offices, we are seeking an experienced Actuary Officer to join our Risk Management Actuarial Team.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to the deployment of Solvency II production and reports
- Ensure the solvency assessment takes into account the specific risk profile of the company
- Contribute to any additional ACPR requests (figures, tests, etc.)
- Produce all reporting data required for the regulators (QRT)
- Master's degree in Actuarial from actuarial schools
- Fluency in English and French is required (written and spoken)
- Commitment from Descartes to its staff of continued learning and development
