About Technip Energies Abu Dhabi:
Within the Technip Energies framework, the Abu Dhabi Operational Center is recognized as the group's hub of excellence and expertise. The Processes and Technologies division engages in various domains, including low-carbon energy production technologies (particularly Liquefied Natural Gas), biofuels, synthetic fuels, ethylene, and polyolefins, as well as plastics recycling, carbon dioxide capture and sequestration, Blue and Green hydrogen, Green Ammonia, and other low-carbon energy carriers.
Our Reference Technologies are firmly rooted in the Energy Transition process and are fully focused on the future of decarbonized energy production, chemicals, and petrochemicals. Furthermore, our Abu Dhabi center plays a crucial role in the group concerning R&D for the advancement of new and innovative technologies.
About the Position
The Processes and Technologies Division at the operational center of T.EN in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Business Excellence Technician to support the Business Excellence Coordinator in his efforts to assist the Division and its engineering teams assigned to various projects.
The primary responsibilities of the Business Excellence Technician will include:
- In the context of continuous improvement, assist the Business Excellence Coordinator by contributing to the development and updating of reference documentation aimed at enhancing the Division's processes and quality management tools.
- Act as the point of reference for data-centric tools utilized by the Division's operational teams.
- Facilitate and conduct training sessions for teams during the rollout of new tools.
- Provide support to the operational teams within the Division.
- Ensure the collection of feedback from operational teams to relay to the eProject digital development teams.
- Participate in the maintenance and enhancement of the Division's internal calculation tools in collaboration with technical experts.
- Contribute to the validation of commercial tools during version updates.
- Engage in cross-functional activities with the Engineering Division's departments, offering support and expertise on methods, quality, and digitalization aspects.
About You:
We are looking for a candidate with a Bac+2/3 level education in industrial engineering, chemical/process engineering, or a related field. We welcome candidates with 0-5 years of experience.
A solid understanding of computer tools and programming (Excel, VBA, SQL, Python, etc.) is advantageous for this role.
Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
We seek an individual with strong analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines are critical attributes for this position.
The ability to collaborate effectively within a team and communicate clearly is also vital.
