Your Responsibilities
  • Control of projects in all project phases from strategy development, conception, project planning to implementation and commissioning in the area of plant construction.
  • Leading project teams to implement the defined project goals.
  • Ensuring compliance with and implementation of safety guidelines, cost targets, quality, and deadlines in projects.
  • Responsibility for monitoring compliance with approved planning data (costs, deadlines, quality, content) and initiating necessary corrective measures in the event of deviations.
  • Involvement of all departments affected by the project as well as making decisions and involving the various interests, including risk management and problem-solving.
  • Participation in sales processes, implementation, and preparation of technical presentations on the topics of the subject area.
  • Internal and external project reporting.
Your Profile

Education:

  • Engineering degree (Mechanical, process, electrochemical, electrical...), a double degree in business/sales is a plus.
  • Significant experience (ideally more than 5 years) in the following functions: Project Manager / Construction Manager / Product Manager / Proposal Manager.
  • Previous experience in a consortium, EPC, and public procurement is a plus.

Know-how:

  • Knowledge of technical skills: Process, electrical, thermodynamic, mechanical, product manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of hydrogen markets and applications.
  • Contract negotiation and management skills.
  • Communication skills and tools (written and oral).
  • Computer skills: Mastery of the pack office.
  • Knowledge of planning software (Microsoft Project), and programming software (e.g. VBA) are a plus.
  • Safety culture.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in cross-functional management.
  • Fluent English, knowledge of a second language (German, French, or Italian) is a plus.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position, permanent contract.
  • Compensation & Benefits: package with a fixed salary and a bonus.
  • Lunch vouchers (9€ per day, 60% covered by McPhy).
  • 75% reimbursement of public transport.
  • Reimbursement of bicycle kilometres travelled between home and work (40 cts per kilometers with 300€ limitation per year).
