In light of our rapid expansion, we are seeking a dynamic, innovative, and collaborative Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Financial Leadership:
    • Manage the budgeting and reforecasting processes for all global Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success divisions.
    • Develop financial reporting and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to foster continuous improvement.
    • Oversee revenue optimization and implement cost control measures to enhance financial performance.
  • Business Partnering and Analysis:
    • Collaborate with senior management, providing insightful analysis and strategic recommendations to enhance business performance.
    • Actively engage with the business to challenge and support performance and strategic initiatives.
    • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to top management.
  • Team and Process Management:
    • Lead and mentor a team of three business controllers, ensuring effective support for key departments.
    • Drive initiatives to automate financial processes and improve operational efficiency.

Your Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Finance from a reputable business or engineering school.
  • A decade of experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a focus on achieving results.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling.
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
  • Experience with process automation and advanced analytics tools.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.
  • Experience in the SaaS sector is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Anaplan, NetSuite, and Alteryx is a plus.
  • A keen interest in Artificial Intelligence is a plus.
  • Fluency in both French and English is required, along with exposure to an international environment.
