Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate General Counsel to join our Legal team. As a key member of our team, you will provide legal advice and guidance to the Company across all coverage areas and geographic locations, and support business growth and development by working with all teams within the company to help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with civil or regulatory litigation matters and supervise outside counsel as needed.
- Work closely with our Global Licensing team to support expansion into new markets, with a specific focus on licensing strategy, regulatory engagement, and collaboration with business partners.
