We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Operational Quality Director to join our team at Lagardère Travel Retail. As a key member of our Group Operational Excellence Department, you will play a crucial role in driving top- and bottom-line store performance by continuously improving in-store execution.
Key Responsibilities- Organize and lead a team of operations managers to define and implement Group operational standards and quality tools/processes for all businesses operated.
- Manage a team of operations managers in the day-to-day, ensuring support and interactions with countries are well-covered and addressed.
- Directly support countries for field issues and projects, with a hands-on and field approach.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, in line with objectives and expected quality, and manage communication and information for countries.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Retail Operations and Operational quality.
- Experience in Duty Free, Foodservice, Travel Essentials, or several of these.
- Field/store experience highly appreciated.
- Team management experience mandatory.
- International experience a plus.
- Long-term contract.
- Opportunity to shape and lead a new team and function within the Group.
- Exposure to top management, all Businesses, and all countries.
- Chance to manage a variety of challenging projects and topics.
