We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive loyalty revenue, member enrollment, and awareness across Raffles & Fairmont Hotels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Accor Global Loyalty team, ALL Marketing team, and hotel teams to develop and execute loyalty strategies.
  • Analyze guest data to inform program development and personalization initiatives.
  • Provide training and support to front-line colleagues and departments on loyalty programs and systems.
  • Manage induction and training for new recruits and hotels.
  • Identify trends and opportunities to increase member enrollments and database quality.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in loyalty program management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven loyalty management expertise and knowledge of loyalty programs.
