Exciting Opportunity: Join a reputable French family-owned business as a Director of National Clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a diverse portfolio of prominent alcohol and fruit juice brands targeted at supermarket chains.
- Independently develop and nurture relationships with national supermarket networks.
- Lead and mentor a team comprising key account managers and assistants, while collaborating closely with Category Management and Marketing departments.
- Propose growth strategies, contribute to the formulation of the commercial strategy, and manage the Advertising and Promotion (ADV) department.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, with proven expertise in negotiating with national supermarket chains and managing key accounts.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, team leadership, and key account management.
