International Operations Assistant

The Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an International Operations Intern at our Depot in Eysines - Bordeaux. As a representative of Indie Campers, you will provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Front-office activities:
- Customer service and sales: Handle check-ins and check-outs, register guests, process payments, and provide information on campervan functionalities and terms and conditions.
- Back-office activities:
- Operations handling: Align reservations with available campervans, verify and prepare campers and road trip extras and kits.
- Quality control: Maintain campervans in top condition, identify and address maintenance or repair needs.
- Support activities: Assist the team in monitoring stock, coordinating the fleet, and troubleshooting operational issues.
Requirements
- You are a student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You are fluent in English, have a work permit, and a valid driver's license.
- You enjoy international environments and meeting new cultures.
- You possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- You are eager to learn and develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The Indie Commitment
