Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of packaging engineers to design and develop new packaging solutions that meet our brand's quality and aesthetic standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, R&D formula, procurement, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless execution of packaging projects.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve packaging efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance sustainability.
- Work closely with suppliers and design agencies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of packaging components.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in packaging development, with a strong background in technical packaging roles and team management.
- Proven track record of leading new packaging development projects from design phase to in-market delivery.
- Master's degree in sciences, such as packaging, chemistry, or mechanical engineering.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse organization.
- Fluency in English is required.
