Join DS Smith as a Business Development Leader

DS Smith is a leading provider of sustainable fibre-based packaging worldwide, supported by recycling and papermaking operations. We play a central role in the value chain across sectors including e-commerce, fast moving consumer goods and industrials.

Our purpose is to 'Redefine Packaging for a Changing World' and our Now and Next sustainability strategy is committed to leading the transition to the circular economy. We deliver more circular solutions for our customers and wider society by replacing problem plastics, taking carbon out of supply chains, and providing innovative recycling solutions.

As a Business Development Leader, you will contribute to the overall business development of the country, embedding the DS Smith business vision, culture and values in the organization. You will work closely with the Delivery Manager France to achieve this goal.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with stakeholders on senior management level and towards customers
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Comprehensive and highly advanced project/program management skills
  • Fluent in English
