About the Position:
We are currently seeking a Buyer in our Indirect Procurement Department to join our team in Paris, France. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Applying and deploying procurement processes, including methods, HSES rules, and compliance.
- Preparing and managing tenders, including short-listing and negotiation of commercial terms and conditions.
- Managing international on-site needs and ensuring technical alignment and acceptability of offers.
- Developing and maintaining supplier lists and participating in market intelligence.
- Contribute to the development and monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs).
- Participating in supplier evaluation and sharing experience with the team.
- Supporting requesters on purchasing strategy and identifying potential savings.
About the Candidate:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a BAC +5 degree in Business or equivalent. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work in a technical environment and negotiate commercial terms and conditions.
