About the Job :
Executes Transport and Logistics strategy. Develop internal transport execution procedure for Paris Operating Center (POC) and implement processes as well as working methodology. Manages POC Transport and Logistics team including monitoring mobilization/demobilization planning, and control of manhours expenditures. Reports consolidated shipping status (incl consol. vessels) / transport expenditures / KPI. Controls and ensure good use of internal material management tool (SPmat / e-traffic) Administrates freight forwarding contract(s) for POC-related activities Coordinates with TEC any contractual deliverables ( price request, amendments…) Control and monitor Freight forwarder Invoices/payment Supervise forecast activities to plan transport needs to support Monitors shipping progress as well as analyses and troubleshoots transport-related concerns day-to-day. Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders’ various meetings - including Team meetings, freight forwarders’ meetings, project meetings…Reporting lines and interactions:

Externally: Freight Forwarders, Suppliers, any other 3rd parties Internally: Transport & Logistics teams (POC/ROC/DOC), VPM, buyers, engineers, insurance groupAbout You :
Master’s degree in supply chain & Operation management and/or Transport & Logistics Management At least 8-10 years of experience in transportation activities in large scale industrial projects Demonstrated leadership skills. Deep knowledge of incoterms, chartering as well as transportation practices. Relevant experience in the transport operations of Heavy Lift and Oversized equipment. Experience in project freight forwarding and shipping industry.
