Senior Sales Professional for Luxury Hospitality

We specialize in designing and delivering sustainable OS&E solutions to the high-end hospitality sector. As a leading supplier across Asia, MENA, Americas, and Europe, we seek an experienced Regional Sales Manager to bolster our European sales team.
Ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the hospitality industry (hotels, catering, or supply), boasting a competitive mindset, strong organization skills (familiarity with CRM systems), and a hard-working attitude.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Promote our F&B and M&E equipment offerings to kitchen planners, designers, catering companies, hotel chains, or owner groups based on in-depth knowledge of F&B and M&E.
- Analyze market trends and develop targeted sales campaigns.
- Provide regular sales reports and document sales activities within our CRM system.
- Represent us at regional trade shows, industry events, and customer gatherings.
- Met regional sales objectives.
Qualifications
Candidates are expected to possess some or all of the following qualifications and experiences:
- Educational background in hotel administration, catering, culinary arts, or F&B.
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience within the hospitality supply industry.
- In-depth understanding of the luxury hospitality and catering market.
- Fluent English language skills are mandatory, with German and Spanish being desirable.
- Team player with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, demonstrating passion for sales, a hard-working attitude, and a result-driven mindset.
