We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team at Hapimag.

As a Luxury Guest Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences across our 56 resorts in Europe. You will work closely with our hospitality teams to ensure that every guest has a memorable stay.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing outstanding customer service and a strong understanding of the hospitality industry. You will be required to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, and be able to relocate or commute to one of our resorts.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
  • Assisting with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently
  • Providing information about local attractions, dining options, and resort amenities

In addition, you will assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas, maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in F&B areas, and provide beverage service, including wine and cocktail knowledge.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Proven experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel, resort or holiday apartment setting
  • Excellent communication skills in English and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Willingness to relocate or commute to one of our 56 resorts
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude
