Job Title: Senior Account Manager
We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our team in the financial/assurance sector. As a Senior Account Manager, you will provide dedicated support of existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and development of strategic initiatives. You will drive revenue growth within targeted accounts, managing all aspects of the sales delivery cycle and lead generation process. This position will have a specific focus on local accounts as well as other customers which will drive an increase in local account acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Understand client needs and present appropriate solutions to meet those needs.
- Negotiate agreements and contracts at the executive level.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and client interactions.
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously and effectively.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in sales.
- Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
- English and French C1 levels are mandatory.
- Recent sales experience in the IT and banking sector.
- Ability to successfully interface with clients (internal and external).
- Proven track record of successful negotiation at an executive level.
- Ability to qualify and close deals.
- Sales abilities along with market knowledge and/or product/technical expertise.
