Job Overview

Skaleet, a leading player in the fintech sector, is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join its team. As a key member of the Sales department, you will report directly to Lina, our Chief Sales Officer.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute significantly to Skaleet's growth in the European market, enhance your expertise in selling complex software, and deepen your understanding of the banking world.

  • Support leads and prospects through the initial stages of project qualification
About You
  • Education: Master's degree from a top-tier business or engineering school
  • Experience: minimum of 4 years in a fintech or bank as a Sales professional
  • Languages: Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, based on experience

Hiring Process

We use a structured hiring process to ensure we find the best candidate for the role. This includes:

  • A first video call with Maxime from the HR team to get to know each other and discuss the company culture and values (30 minutes)
  • A technical interview with Quentin (Senior Sales Executive) to dive deeper into the specifics of the role (60 minutes)
  • A final meeting at our offices in Boulogne with Martin, our CEO (60 minutes)
