We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team at SumUp. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging high-potential clients, conducting meetings and delivering persuasive product demonstrations, and effectively communicating the value proposition and unique selling points of our products.

Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive base salary plus an unlimited commission structure, providing unlimited earning potential based on your performance. Required Skills and Qualifications- Demonstrated success in a sales role, ideally within the hospitality and retail industries or with other point-of-sale solutions
- Proven ability to consistently exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of your market and a genuine passion for supporting local SMBs
- Experience in outbound lead generation, cold calling, or building lead pipelines
