Senior Financial Analyst

Le Senior Financial Analyst collabore étroitement avec le/les responsables financiers et les gestionnaires pour optimiser la performance des portefeuilles d'investissement. Les actifs gérés s'étendent sur le territoire européen, englobant divers secteurs tels que l'immobilier commercial, le commerce de détail, l'hôtellerie et la logistique. Les portefeuilles sont structurés sous forme de véhicules d'investissement dédiés, localisés en France ou à l'international. Vous veillerez à l'atteinte des objectifs financiers tout en soutenant la croissance des lignes de produits concernées.
Gestion des Transactions
• Participe à l'élaboration de la structure d'acquisition en collaboration avec des conseillers externes et l'équipe de finance d'entreprise (analyse des aspects fiscaux et juridiques, création des véhicules d'investissement, etc.). Évalue le financement le plus adapté aux caractéristiques de chaque opération.
• Contribue à la surveillance des flux de trésorerie liés aux acquisitions et à leur intégration dans le modèle de flux de trésorerie du portefeuille.
• Coordonne l'obtention des approbations nécessaires lors de la réalisation des transactions, en lien avec les conseillers externes et les équipes de gestion des transactions.
Prévisions et Budgétisation
• En collaboration avec le responsable financier, assure le suivi de la structuration juridique et fiscale des portefeuilles et des éventuelles filiales, en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de finance d'entreprise et les conseillers externes.
• Met en place une gestion efficace de la liquidité au niveau des portefeuilles et des filiales.
• Surveille la performance des portefeuilles (analyses de variance, scénarios, etc.) et collabore étroitement avec les équipes comptables pour garantir l'exactitude des états financiers.
• Fournit des modèles prévisionnels pour les portefeuilles et les actifs, ainsi que des plans, budgets, rapports internes et externes, analyses de performance et contrôle des risques.
Reporting Financier
• Prépare les rapports destinés aux investisseurs, incluant la performance des investissements, la valeur nette d'inventaire (VNI), le financement externe, les appels de fonds et les distributions.
• Produit des rapports annuels, semestriels, trimestriels ou mensuels, ainsi que des tableaux de bord sur la performance financière et les questions comptables, y compris les normes IFRS.
• Assure la mise à disposition des résultats dans le système d'information global.
Conformité et Gouvernance
• Veille à ce que la gestion soit conforme à la gouvernance définie dans la documentation constitutive des portefeuilles et des filiales.
• Suit les obligations réglementaires des portefeuilles.
• Met en place des contrats de gestion entre les filiales et les entités locales.
• Établit des procédures spécifiques aux portefeuilles, en cohérence avec les procédures internes de contrôle de l'entreprise.
Qualifications
• Diplôme de niveau Bac+5 avec une spécialisation en finance ou en immobilier.
Expérience
• Expérience en comptabilité, idéalement dans un rôle lié au reporting opérationnel ou financier, avec une compréhension de l'immobilier.
• Expérience en audit, contrôle financier ou middle office.
• Une expérience dans l'immobilier, la gestion d'actifs ou la gestion de projets est souhaitable.
Compétences
• Maîtrise des outils informatiques, notamment Excel à un niveau avancé.
• Excellentes compétences en communication, fiabilité et esprit d'équipe.
• Solides capacités d'analyse.
• Anglais courant, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en étant proactif et orienté vers les résultats.
• Capacité à gérer plusieurs échéances simultanément et à travailler efficacement sous pression.
