Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Channel Sales Manager to lead the growth of our business in France. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding and maintaining relationships with distributors, driving sales growth, and promoting Astronergy's products to increase our market share in the French photovoltaic market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the implementation of Astronergy's sales strategy, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets and market expansion goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including installers, contractors, and distributors, to ensure product adoption and sales growth.
  • Actively generate leads, maintain an organized sales pipeline, and track progress using CRM systems.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide forecasts and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Coordinate with marketing and technical teams to organize product roadshows, webinars, and client training sessions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the PV industry, with a proven track record in channel sales and partner management.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Analytical skills with a data-driven approach to sales forecasting and strategy development.
  • Fluent in French and English (any additional European language is a plus).

The estimated salary for this position is €80,000-€120,000 per year, depending on experience. This figure includes a basic salary of €60,000-€90,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses of up to €20,000-€30,000 per year.
