Job Description

Spuerkeess est à la recherche d'un Legal and Administrative Agent pour rejoindre son équipe de support aux clients institutionnels.

Missions
  • Assurer les tâches administratives et juridiques liées à la vie sociale et juridique des fonds d'investissement et de certaines sociétés.
  • Préparer l'ordre du jour et la documentation pour les Assemblées Générales.
  • Assurer le suivi des décisions prises lors des Assemblées Générales.
  • Préparer et suivre les Conseils d'Administration, y compris la gestion des fichiers et des impressions.
  • Rédiger et modifier les documents juridiques internes et externes.
  • Assurer la révision et le suivi des documents juridiques à signer.
  • Gestion des relations et des dossiers administratifs.
  • Gérer la relation avec la CSSF (lancement de fonds, fusions, etc.).
  • Introduire les nouveaux dossiers auprès de la CSSF.
  • Coordonner les demandes de support envers les conseillers juridiques.
  • Assurer une veille juridique spécifique aux OPC pour rester informé des évolutions réglementaires et des bonnes pratiques.
  • Gérer le volet administratif et financier de la clientèle institutionnelle.
Responsabilités
  • Faire preuve d'attitudes collégiales et partager les informations à disposition pour permettre à ses collègues de réaliser le travail.
  • Présenter les informations disponibles et de manière adaptée à ses interlocuteurs.
  • Démontrer un engagement pour réaliser les tâches en temps et en qualité et accepter de se remettre en question pour accroître son efficacité.
  • Communiquer régulièrement pour informer ses responsables de l'avancement du travail, d'éventuels retards ou blocages et s'adapter aux instructions de fixation de priorités.
  • Utiliser les moyens mis à disposition par la Banque pour exécuter les tâches en suivant les règles et les procédures en vigueur.
  • Respecter les instructions de ses responsables tout en apportant un esprit de critique constructive quant à leur pertinence.
  • Connaitre et respecter le code de conduite et les règlements en matière RH de la Banque.
  • Adopter une attitude collaborative avec ses interlocuteurs professionnels et démontrer de la volonté de les soutenir dans la réalisation de leur mission ou projets.
  • S'inscrire dans une approche « client centric », faisant de la satisfaction des clients une priorité.
  • Démontrer une ouverture d'esprit face au changement et s'adapter à l'évolution de la Banque.
  • Faire preuve de respect et d'intégrité envers soi et les autres.
  • S'adapter à la politique de gestion des risques de la Banque.
Qualifications requises
  • Titulaire d'un BTS assistant juridique) ou Bachelor en droit.
  • Une première expérience professionnelle dans le domaine des fonds d'investissements, ainsi que l'aisance avec des textes réglementaires (UCITS et AIFMD) constituent un avantage.
  • Maîtrise de la langue française et anglaise et bonne connaissance de la langue allemande. La connaissance de la langue luxembourgeoise constitue un atout.
Compétences techniques

L'acquisition de ces compétences peut, sur base de prédispositions d'apprentissage démontrées, être effectuée par l'encadrement et la formation proposée par la Banque au cours de la prise de fonction et la période d'intégration.
