Account Receivable and Cash Collection Specialist

Aircall is a dynamic and innovative company that values diversity, equity, and inclusion. We're seeking a highly skilled Account Receivable and Cash Collection Specialist to join our finance team in Paris.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operational activities related to Account Receivable (A/R) and cash-collection for all our legal entities.
  • Run and control the invoice interface from billing system to accounting.
  • Be in charge of customers' payments reconciliation.
  • Run revenue recognition and manage aging balance to reduce DSO.
  • Calculate, control, and analyze doubtful customers.
  • Participate in managing processing fees and provide data to the billing team to identify and implement action plans.
  • Monitor assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts and find and contact customers to inquire about their overdue payments in close relationship with the sales teams.
  • Book customers' payments and run and control the invoice interfaces from the billing system to the accounting.
  • Analyze and control data consistency and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
  • Degree in accounting or finance.
  • Proven experience in an Account Receivable department and/or cash collection.
  • Data-oriented mindset with excellent data collection and computing skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excel capabilities and Google Docs web application skills.
  • Excellence in dealing and understanding IT systems, including identifying and fixing issues.
  • Excellent organization skills with the ability to plan and organize work efficiently and effectively.
  • Previous experience working with an ERP, ideally Netsuite, is a plus.
  • French communication skills are a plus.
  • Ability to liaise and collaborate in a multicultural environment.
