Role OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated **Accounts Receivable Specialist** to manage and oversee our financial transactions related to guest accounts and services. This role is crucial in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Review employee accounts for any necessary salary adjustments.
- Process commissions for travel agencies efficiently.
- Collaborate with the Financial Manager to collect outstanding debts from clients.
- Compile reports on chargebacks and returned payments.
- Generate monthly financial statements for ownership and billing statements for clients.
- Prepare necessary journal entries impacting accounts receivable.
- Issue monthly account statements to our clientele.
- A minimum of a degree from a recognized institution.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector.
- Highly motivated with the ability to thrive under pressure and a keen attention to detail.
- A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Work within a diverse, multinational environment.
