Commodities Expansion Strategist

The Commodities Expansion Strategist will be responsible for driving business growth through the development and launch of new commodity products. This role will involve generating new business opportunities through market analysis, stakeholder engagement, and customer feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a framework for regular business expansion, from idea generation to execution, go-to-market, education, and ad-hoc support.
- Maintain viability of existing products by evaluating market trends, engaging with clients, and identifying product extensions and modifications.
- Develop close relationships with IT, post-trade, and market operations teams to gain intimate knowledge of Euronext markets.
- Leverage industry knowledge to identify unique selling propositions and differentiators.
- Report back intelligence to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in the capital markets or commodity trading industry.
- Broad knowledge of financial markets and European listed commodity markets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, and drive to imagine new solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
